On Friday, the Lopers crushed the Rangers 19-4 in the first game before
shutting them out 4-0 in the nightcap. Saturday was a different story

In just her first year as a golfer for UNK, freshman Sara Wissing has

Last week, Wissing led the Lopers to a sixth place finish at the RMAC

I hate the New York Yankees. I hated it growing up, when every year it
seemed they were in the World Series, and I now hate that the team's
inflated payroll enables them to nab any free agent they so choose.

But although there are so many things that I dislike about the Yankees,
there is one thing that I can't help but marvel at, and that is how
great of a place Yankee Stadium was for not only baseball, but for the
entire sporting landscape.

Patty Mills versus Stephen Curry. Jodie Meeks versus Luke Harangody.
The University of Kentucky traveling to a Midwestern city that it will
never go to again. What do all of these have in common?

They are all match-ups and scenarios provided by the yearly National
Invitational Tournament, or NIT, put on by the NCAA for teams that
weren't quite right for the "Big Dance." While the teams themselves are
happy to be playing still, the NIT is a kind of Island of Misfit
